Challenge.


The challenge was clear: increase brand recognition and recall, positioning itself as a reference in the real estate market throughout Greater Curitiba and increase the average ticket. Therefore, it was necessary to create an impactful campaign that communicated the company's values ​​while emotionally connecting with a diverse and elite audience. The chosen concept was: “You at the Center of Everything”, with a focus on satisfying the needs, desires and dreams of clients.

Black Flag, with its know-how in strategic campaigns and branding, took on the challenge of creating modern and connected communication. The campaign revolved around the concept of putting the client at the center, attending to their needs and desires when looking for a property.

  • Modern visual creation: With dynamic graphic elements and designs designed to convey agility and modernity, the campaign brought a new face to Paulo Celles Imóveis, without losing the traditional essence of the company.
  • Channel choice: The campaign mainly included digital actions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social networks), but with offline complements, such as radio.
